Arsenal v. Sheffield United: Analysis of my predictions

Gut Feeling: I feel like Arsenal are due a few goals and the poor unfortunate Blades are turning up at Ashburton Grove at the wrong time. I believe they are going to get caught in the firing line of an Arsenal team who is finding their confidence after impressive away wins in Hamburg and Manchester.

As predicted Arsenal put on an impressive display.

What Arsenal need: If Arsenal score in the first twenty minutes it could get ugly for the team at the bottom of the league.

Arsenal didn't score for over an hour. Credit to the Blades brave defensive work.

If Arsenal create another 15 or 20 shots on goal, like they have done in their previous home games this season, their is a chance four or five could find the back of the net today.

Better finishing could have given Arsenal another two or three goals.

I predict Arsenal will be two up at the break and that another two could follow in the second half.

All three goals came in the second half as the Blades tired and Arsenal put the pressure on.

Things To Watch Out For:I don't see the defense having too many problems today. They are strong enough to deal with a side like Sheffield United.

As predicted the centre backs had an easy afternoon.

Hopes For The Match: I'm looking forward to seeing Rosicky today. I've been impressed with him so far this season. He puts you on the edge of your seat every time he gets the ball.

Once again he impressed me.

Hopefully Baptista and Walcott will get a 20 minute run out in midfield and with Van Persie fit again, it's suddenly getting tough to even make the bench at Arsenal.

Walcott didn't make the bench. Baptista looked strong when he came on.

Here's hoping for an impressive victory.

And that's what we got!

Prediction: Arsenal 4 Sheffield United 0

Score: Arsenal 3 Sheffield United 0
